Tunstall should indeed be congratulated for achieving platinum status within the telecare service provider community as it is not simply about call handling achievements but also about accreditation to all the process modules of the Code of Practice – including profiling, tailoring and response. These are processes that one would expect Tunstall customers (such as Fold and Cheshire Peaks and Plains) to achieve rather than a national service provider. It sounds as if Tunstall may be gearing up to compete with their own customers!
