  1. It strikes me that from a patient’s perspective it is just Healthcare or Social Care. How we professionals see fit to deliver it is just an operational detail. Arguably, we will know that the “tele” technologies are mainstream when they are singled out for nomenclature as rarely as the different types of mobile phone? We are a technology supplier, so we don’t say this lightly, but this sort of technology is an enabler not a means of care in itself.
