There is an ill wind of pessimism blowing amongst staff about the future of NHS services (BMJ item on staff survey). So it will be a challenge to the 3ML campaign team to turn it to bring the campaign some good by emphasising the efficiencies and other advantages of ways of working that telehealth and telecare can support.
