Yorks and Humber plans telehealth hub (UK)

e-Health Insider Primary Care flags up that the Yorks and Humber Strategic Health Authority (SHA) has agreed to set up, subject to agreement by its PCTs, a ‘telehealth hub’ that would serve the whole region by providing the core infrastructure and managed clinical service for three aspects of care for people with long term conditions – telemonitoring, teleconsultation and teleeducation.
