Patient from Hell excoriates WSD results delay (UK)

Dick Vinegar, the Guardian’s ‘Patient from Hell’ blogger let’s fly at the delay in publishing the Whole System Demonstrator (WSD) Programme results. It is not known whether the continuing delay is due to disputatious discussion (argy-bargy) between the peer-reviewing academics or to a backlog in the BMJ’s publishing timetable. Editor Steve has nothing to add to Dick Vinegar’s criticism except to point out that he forgot to mention that as the WSD was funded to the tune of £30million by the taxpayer [TA May 2008] we deserve better.
