OK, maybe I’m not the most switched on person when it comes to telemedicine and telehealth monitoring companies, and maybe Medic4all is massive in the field, but Frost & Sullivan’s choice of a company I couldn’t recall hearing of before for this award caught my eye (F&S press release) so I had a look at the Medic4all website and, frankly, it’s under-impressive. All I learned was that it is a Swiss–Irish company, and there is no information on what makes their products distinctive enough to merit this award. Please post a comment if can throw some light on this company!
Telcomed http://telcomed.ie/ – A Medic4all group company responsible for marketing our wireless telemedicine technology.
Medic4all Services International – http://medic4all-services.com/ responsible for the marketing added value services based on our technology.
Please review these web sites to understand the why Medic4all has been Frost & Sullivan’s choice for this award, hopefully you would revise your article.
Please do not hesitate to contact me for more information.

Further to David’s comment
Thanks for the elucidation, David. For readers who want to see the technology, I’d recommend the TelcoMed site. It has descriptions of the products and services and one can see how they come together to make a telehealth monitoring system. The other Medic4all site David mentions is, I take it, written for people in the financial services sector: who else would understand the rather delicious phrase Telemedicine is the key to higher wallet share positioning to be found on the Added Value page?
