InTechnology acquires United Telehealth (UK)

Nottinghamshire-based United Telehealth (UTH) has been acquired by Harrogate-based cloud services provider InTechnology. The Yorkshire company has also taken a stake in Healthsolve, a London-based developer of healthcare software. According to the press release “The investments build on InTechnology’s position as one of the UK’s few network providers to have accredited access to N3, the NHS network linking hospitals, medical centres and GPs.” There’s a little more context in this item by MicroScope: InTechnology extends health expertise.
