Tunstall wins £14m telecare service tender for Birmingham (UK)

Tunstall has won (in a tender process conducted under the Buying Solutions Framework Agreement (BSFA), which is probably why you didn’t hear about it before now) a £14 million, three-year contract to provide telecare kit and response service to up to 25,000 people in Birmingham. To make sure plans and promises are delivered, an independent Quality Review Board will be set up to monitor milestones and outcomes and to quality assure the service.
