A Dutch study due to be published in print in September, but available online now, indicates that patients will accept the use of telemedicine technology if they are allowed to experiment or play with it for a short time first. This almost qualifies as stating ‘the bleedin’ obvious’ except it’s something that service providers will do well to remember and build into their protocols.
