In 2007 Supra UK started a national key safe installation service to support local authority and service provider clients. Now they have responded to requests to install more items and types of telecare equipment by launching at TSA2011 a new nation-wide installation service called Responseable (note the spelling). It will make a lot of sense for many organisations to outsource this aspect of their service to a service that works to consistent standards.
