A few weeks ago – yes, it’s been that low key we’ve not picked it up before – the Irish Government announced that it was replacing the previous ‘Scheme of Community Support for Older People’ with a simplified ‘Seniors Alert Scheme’. The press release promises more detail on the Government’s website, but we couldn’t find any, apart from the press release iteself. [Would love to hear from any reader who can throw more light on it.
