Telecare as in ‘telehealth’, it seems. Albyn Housing, in the Scottish Highlands and Islands, has funding for a project and is open to suggestions from companies that have something new to bring to market. The call for expressions of interest (PDF) is rather vague because Albyn wants to keep the possibilities open and see what new ideas (complex or simple) potential partners have for helping people with dementia, mental health or other health issues.
