The nine page report, The Future of Health Care Is Social is not saying, as some UK readers might assume, that social services should run healthcare (or, as US readers might suspect, that healthcare should be ‘socialist’), but it presents a future of healthcare where one of the most important components is social communications, facilitated by electronics. It was written by consultants from the frog design consultancy and most readers will probably find something of interest in it.
