AFrame Digital gains second round of NIH research funding

Normally we don’t report on small-scale research grants, but the combination in this study is very interesting: AFrame Digital’s ‘wristwatch’ form which monitors motion and location for fall reduction/detection, the University of Virginia’s Center for Wireless Health and the expansion of the study from gait tracking to body sensor networks (BSN) on the legs and chest. The study is taking place with residents of Vinson Hall, an assisted living community for retired military officers and senior career government managers in Virginia. And funded by the National Institute on Health and the National Institute on Aging.  Aframe Digital Receives NIH/NIA Grant Funding for Follow on Research (PRWeb)
