Northern Ireland kick-off for Connected Health: 5,000 target

Health Minister Michael McGimpsey is reported as announcing additional funding for telecare services at the Continua Winter Summit last week. “Within three years there will be around 5,000 patients in Northern Ireland with chronic disease who will have access to a remote monitoring service for their conditions.
