iPhone as geriatric care advisor

Two new iPhone applications, Elder 411 and Elder 911, premiered last week in the iTunes App Store.  Elder 411 has information on the most common caregiving and advance planning issues; Elder 911 is for emergency situations such as a fall or sudden illness, with information on managing this crisis such as what to ask the doctor and do at the hospital.  These were developed by Presto Systems (originator of Presto Mail computerless email service) in conjunction with Doctor Marion Somers, the noted gerontologist.  Fox Business article.  Presto Systems, Doctor Marion websites
