At a sponsor’s session at the Kings Fund Congress last week, a member of the Care Innovations team said that he did not regard their Guide as a telehealth device, more of a disease management tool. [Well, any company worth its salt will try to define the market as it suits it.]
The session focused on a style guide that Care Innovations has published. It sets out 20 rules culled from change management and from marketing to use to help people change their behaviour. That is worth studying for its own sake but particularly to see how Care Innovations applies those principles in the health questions and comments incorporated into the Guide.
