More convergence: health management and mobile technology

Health management companies, who sell their services to major employers and corporate health plans so that employees can manage their health better while companies can manage/lower costs, have been centering many efforts on PHRs (including Microsoft HealthVault) and with online care services such as American Well.  One (and perhaps the first) has gone mobile. From CTIA, a video interview with AllOne Health’s senior VP of health information, Daniel Lewis, explaining the interface of AllOne Health Group’s health information services with their new division, AllOne Mobile.  Download a phone app, download your online information and you have a PHR on your phone with secure interactive features.  And more surely to come.
