The following quote from a story in New Zealand’s Waikato Times gives the gist – but read the item to see what did Tunstall and Bupa said about it: “Failings in the medical alarm system used by Mrs McCarthy were also slated, with Mr Ryan calling the more than one-hour delay before Mrs McCarthy’s husband was notified as ‘inexcusable’. The operator had called the third person on the list instead of Mr McCarthy.” Coroner calls for more ambos.
