Perhaps this editor [Donna] takes a dimmer view as she comes from telecare, where for years we were the ‘next big thing’, generating reams of positive press, ‘partnership trials’ and ‘breakthroughs’. Five years later, some big names are still not far beyond that stage, fighting for every unit installed. The article does leave you with that ‘Year 0’ feeling…someone, say it ain’t so!
