Your Friday robot 'fix'; ChairBot

Gecko Systems, last on BBC Radio 4 [TA 24 Nov] with the CareBot, has developed a robotic wheelchair they call the ChairBot, in conjunction with Imasen Engineering of Japan. It includes AI developed for the CareBot–automatic collision avoidance, room-to-room transitioning, verbal controls, automated reminders and vital signs monitoring/caregiver notification.
