It appears that they want to commission the writing of a ‘Commissioning & Evaluation Tool Kit’ for… wait for it… ‘Tele-healthcare!’ Leaving aside the strange message which that terminology sends, something useful may come out of it. And the 24-page tender document (PDF) will make interesting reading for anyone who wants to see what the NHS’s ‘World Class Commissioning’ looks like.
