Wearable computers next Christmas?

It may be a bit of a stretch (so to speak), but it seems the ideas of wearing sensors which feed into smartphones, and smartphones which are even more wearable, are getting a lot closer. A curved glass iPod wristlet is effectively a wearable computer. Also mentioned in this New York Times tech blog article are smart contact lenses (Ed.
