A significant technical development in communication protocols used in the UK’s telecare industry has been announced by Tynetec and Jontek who have tested the protocol developed by a joint Telecare Services Association/BT working group. The new protocol is required owing to a forthcoming upgrade of the phone network, known as the 21CN program. Full story in the press release.
