Treatment of wounds – new telehealth system (UK)

A number of remote monitoring and advice systems systems (usually involving the transmission of photos and phone calls with the treating nurse) have been developed and deployed over the past ten years, but Hull-based, internet-focused company Meddserve believes that, using its online medical record and communications technology, it has developed a superior system, one feature of which is that the treating nurse can draw the site of the wound on a 3D body image.
