Medical image study: handheld screens as good as standard PC monitors

A very positive sign for mobile radiology:  FierceMobileHealthcare reports on a University College Dublin School of Medicine study comparing radiologists’ readings of wrist radiographs and CT brain scans between a standard computer screen and handhelds.  The scores on PDA images of CT scans were higher overall than on standard computer monitors, the iPod Touch was at parity.
