I thought the one Skype Security: What Happens If Someone Hacks into VoIP? raised the most pertinent issues.
Skype
Skype causes a very big headache to world wide security services as it forms a peer 2 peer network. Hence the US goverment offering a massive reward for anyone devolping a solution to intercept calls.
Now VOIP can be insecure if set up poorly.
