Apart from a passing grumble about the use of the unqualified and therefore largely meaningless phrase ‘the vulnerable’ in the headline (vulnerable to what? Hiccup attacks? Falling asleep in the afternoon? etc.) I really applaud this item written, apparently, by the Wales Assembly Deputy Minister for Health and Social Services, Gwenda Thomas. Nice to see a Minister appending her name to a reasonably good article about telecare.
