    Private Eye has, for once, been quite restrained in its criticism of North Yorkshire and York PCT, and Mr Cockayne’s relationship with Tunstall. Perhaps they know that David Kelly lasted barely a year with Tunstall following his appointment, and they know full well that Mr Cockayne’s job will disappear at the next review.

    This episode demonstrates that Tunstall is grossly overvalued as a company, and because they have to rely on buying in new products (and expertise), their days as a major force in health, social care and housing must be numbered. How long before their owners put them on the market?
