AllOne Mobile zeroed out?

In checking previous stories about the US Department of Defense and TATRC for the story that follows, this editor [Donna] wrote about a seemingly successful TATRC mCare pilot (20 November) with AllOne Mobile, a subsidiary of PA-based health management company AllOne Health. Two months later, allonedemiseAllOne Mobile inexplicably terminated their relationship with their security provider, Diversinet–partly owned by AllOne Health. While Diversinet listed AllOne Mobile as part of their mobile products announced at CTIA Wireless 2010 less than a month ago, it now appears that AllOne Mobile is no longer in operation. Their website is ‘currently not available,’ the account access link carries a termination of service popup, but no news on either AllOne Health’s or Diversinet’s website. For a company which only a short while ago had support coming from the right places–it demonstrates how hard it is to find success right now.

[Editor’s update 23 April:  Mobihealthnews, which had been covering the AllOne Mobile/Diversinet legal activity, has more details in its 21 April post-mortem.  According to Brian Dolan, the only live application is the one for the TATRC mCare pilot; all others and partnerships to Microsoft Health Vault and others are terminated.  Speculation: Diversinet may be picking up the slack in its own repositioning and their MobiSecure platform (see CTIA press release link above).  Stay tuned.]
