Last week at the 7th Annual Wireless-Life Sciences (WLSA) Wireless Health Convergence Summit in San Diego, three winners were announced for the 2012 Triple Tree iAwards. Based on category, they were:
- Operational Innovation: HomeCare HomeBase (operational software for homecare agencies)
- Clinical Innovation: Telcare (mobile blood glucose meter and care management)
- Consumer Innovation: Silverlink/Aetna (consumer-driven education via text messaging program)
Previously announced were nine additional finalists: AwarePoint, Centene, Consult-a-Doctor, CureMD, eviti, Fitlinxx, Mobile Heartbeat, Watermark Medical and WellAware. This particular award from investment banking firm Triple Tree has grown more competitive every year and certainly there were no easy winners. Congratulations to all! Press Announcement.
