A small item in Tower Hamlets’ free local paper EastendLife is a good example of non-self-aggrandising publicity that gets companies a good name. Poplar HARCA (Housing and Regeneration Community Association) is a registered social landlord that owns and manages around 8,500 homes in Poplar, East London, with a high number of older tenants who live alone.
