Guy Dewsbury, in his Telecare Blog, prods again at the nature of telecare and what should come under the term. As he says, “Without a clear strong fixed and universally accepted definition of telecare, how can telecare services develop plans and ensure that the people who require telecare receive the correct information and services?” In doing so, Guy usefully brings together and comments on a number of definitions in use.
