CompuMed to deliver eHealth to emerging underserved markets

CompuMed has initiated a campaign to introduce its CardioGram electrocardiography (ECG) telemedicine system to the USA’s underserved markets for cardiac care. “We believe the timing is ideal for CompuMed to enter these [geriatric, pediatric and rural area] markets…Reimbursers are recognizing it’s vastly more cost effective to provide certain diagnostic and clinical services to patients outside of the hospital setting whenever possible.” Press release.
