Cardiocom, which has recently extended from a developer of telehealth monitors to providing clinical services integrating their hardware, software and nurse service programs for conditions such as CHF and COPD, received the 2011 North American Award for Enabling Technology from business consultancy Frost & Sullivan. It’s Cardiocom’s second–the first was in 2008. Another indicator that opportunities lie in providing the answers to Questions #3 and #4 of the Four Big Questions*–and makes remote patient monitoring easier to manage for healthcare providers.
