Automated calling from Telecare Technology (UK)

CareCalls Limited, trading as Telecare Technology, debuted at the TSA conference in November and gets the first public airing we have seen in the FunkyFogey Health and Fitness section: Peace of Mind at the Touch of a Button. Amongst other things, the system makes automated calls to clients who respond to a recorded message by pressing any button on the telephone keypad. If it does not receive a response another call is generated within half an hour. Failure to answer that call will trigger a text message and email to a nominated carer or relative so that they can make a decision about what to do next. Telecare Technology website.
