Maybe we will be outsourcing
I hope this works but to speak to a call center agent in India like for Dell or Microsoft. I can smell more jobs heading overseas.
DTA and outsourcing
The principles and underlying philosophy of DTA would make it difficult to outsource call centers to to India and such like as this would fail the DTA principles of Trustworthiness and fitness for purpose. The call center and response services are critical pieces within the Dependability framework and cannot be discounted from the assessment. I share your concerns but do not feel the model could contribute in this becoming any closer or more likely to happen.
