Retail health clinics impeded in NY, other states (US)

A potential market for telemedicine consults–and conceivably for telehealth–are retail health clinics which in many states are located inside drugstores (notably CVS and Walgreens) or free-standing. They provide quick attention to sudden non-emergency health problems, are convenient and furnish quality care for less: 30-40% less for same services than physician offices and 80% less than an ER (A&E, ED).
