Preventative Technology Grant funding continues indefinitely

Not the grant itself, of course, but the funding does. I thought it would be worth putting in a little reminder that the funding element of the PTG continues indefinitely after March 2008 in councils’ baseline funding, which is where, as non-ringfenced funding, it always has been.
