* Aidcall is the largest telecare provider for the UK self-pay sector with 40,000 customers cared for through its call centre at Ashburton in Devon. It is a social enterprise wholly owned by the charity Age Concern and is now working on provision of new telecare and telehealth products and services, working with a number of players to supply through PASA to local authorities and PCTs. Age Concern itself is the UK’s largest non-statutory provider of older people services.
