Happtique, the online mHealth application ‘store’ backed by GNYHA Ventures, also hosts half-hour weekly ‘broadcasts’ on BlogTalkRadio for features and education on eHealth topics. Recent guests have included Drs. Joseph Kvedar of the Center for Connected Health (Partners Healthcare) and Peter Diamandis of the X PRIZE Foundation, and topics including crowdfunding, VC investment and patient/provider communications via mHealth. Upcoming on Thursday 12 July at 12 noon EDT (US) is Chuck Parker of the Continua Health Alliance on how interoperability benefits providers and patients. For those who can’t listen live, or want to listen again, each show is podcasted for online listening or download. To Editor Donna’s knowledge, this is a first for the e/mHealth category.
