Cardiff Council Community Alarm Service's SSAIB accreditation (UK)

Cardiff Council Community Alarm Service, which holds TSA Accreditation for Call Handling, Mobile Response and Installation, now has the SSAIB British and European Accreditation and is the first in the UK to achieve this. Alun Davies, Business Development Managerof Cardiff’s Community Alarm Service explained “the TSA code broke new ground in setting standards but its accreditation is for TSA members only. However, the SSAIB accreditation is measured against a British and European Standard and covers the areas within the Code of Practice and is accessible by anyone.
