For people who are curious about the contents of BS’s FA Invitation to Tender (or who are hesitant about applying) and who do not want to jump through the hoop of registering with BS to see it, it is available for download here. (61 page Word document) It contains the instructions for making an application. Applicants will have to register and download all the documents, of course.
