Telecare gets a passing mention in a web-chat session between the public and Phil Hope, the UK’s Minister for Care Services. However, the main reason for posting is for our non-UK readers who may gain insight from it into a) the division between health and social care services and the awareness in some government circles of the need for them to break down b) the lack of mutual comprehension of the public asking the real-world-experience questions and the Minister.
